Also known as the Fuji Zoom Cardia 3000 or FZ-3000 Zoom Date, the Discovery 3000 offers a distinctive horizontal grip and binocular-style handling, making it as ergonomic as it is eye-catching. The highlight is a 38–115mm zoom lens with a 13-element design, delivering sharpness and versatility for everything from portraits to street photography.

The camera automatically detects DX-coded film from ISO 25 to 1600, and features fully motorized film transport that pre-winds the film, then rewinds each exposed frame—protecting your photos in case the back is accidentally opened.

An optical zoom viewfinder tracks with the lens for accurate framing, and a rear LCD display shows settings and film status. The built-in flash supports low-light conditions, while a proprietary port allows for attaching a dedicated Fuji external flash for extended reach.

A date/time imprint feature adds a nostalgic timestamp to your memories, and the integrated hand strap provides secure one-handed operation. Power is supplied by a 6V lithium battery (2CR5 type, not included).
