Overview
Our return and refund policy applies strictly to new, unused products purchased directly from our store. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on used products, third-party items, or any consigned or vintage goods. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:
• Be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions:
• Used items, third-party products, and consignment or vintage items.
• Gift cards, downloadable software, and any digital products.
• Health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may, at our discretion, provide partial refunds for certain situations:
• Books or media products that show minor signs of handling or use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error.
• Returns received more than 14 days after the date of purchase (will not be refunded).
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within a specific timeframe, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please:
1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing may take time.
2. Contact your bank, as delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange new items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us at info(at)photostudioberlin.com if you need an exchange.
Shipping Returns
For returns, mail your product to: Berlin Photo Studio, Nazarethkirchstrasse 41, Berlin, Germany.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
