Cancellation Policy for Berlin Photo Studio

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the guidelines for canceling your reservation at Berlin Photo Studio.

General Bookings:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before your booking start time will receive a full refund, including any applicable fees.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before your booking start time will receive a 50% refund, excluding any applicable fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking start time are unfortunately not refundable.

Casting Bookings:

• Casting bookings are free of charge.
• Rescheduling or cancellation made less than 48 hours before your casting booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (minimum €65) invoiced to you.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your casting booking will be charged the full booking fee (minimum €65) invoiced to you.

• Booking Fees for casting and free appointment refer to the minimum booking amount of €65 to reserve the studio space.
