General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Berlin Photo Studio

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Berlin Photo Studio, Nazarethkirchstraße 41, 13347 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

Berlin Photo Studio offers photography services, film development, photo printing, workshops, and rental of the studio space. Specific terms for each service will be communicated during the booking process.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Bookings for services must be made through our website, in person at the studio, or via email.

3.2. Payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods include cash, card, or bank transfer.

3.3. For studio rental, a deposit may be required when booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

4.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

4.3. No refunds are provided for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service.

5. Liability

5.1. The Studio is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

5.2. The Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the studio by clients.

6. Copyright and Use of Photos

6.1. The Studio retains the copyright to all images produced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2. Clients are granted personal use of the images, but commercial use requires prior agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with German data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
