Studio Rules

Ensuring a harmonious environment for all, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our studio rules listed below. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for every visitor.

Be respectful of the studio space and the neighbors.
Clean up after yourself and leave the studio how you would expect to find it.
This includes taking garbage out, weeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Damage and dirt on the backdrops will be charged with 10€ per m2.
Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance needed immediately to the studio owner.
If it is reported by the following person you may be held responsible for the damages.
Return all items to their original location when finished.
Take all the bottles you brought with you as you go.
Use the designated spaces for make-up and dressing.
You pay for the time you have booked, not the time you arrive – in case you come late.
Please consider your setup and cleaning time. If you stay longer than planned your time will be charged on top.
You may use the coffee machine or take a drink from the fridge. Find the price list on the fridge

Studio Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
